On December 28, Hubei Intellectual Property Bureau released the"list of winners of the 2nd High-value Patent Competition in Hubei Province."Accelink's patent—"A WDM optical receiver module"won the gold award at the 2nd High-value Patent Competition in Hubei Province. 

The high-value patent competition aims to improve the level of high-quality creation, application, and protection of intellectual property in Hubei Province. As a practical measure to thoroughly implement the"Outline of Building a Powerful Country with Intellectual Property Rights (2021-2035)"and the"Planning on the Protection and Application of National Intellectual Property during the 14th Five-Year Plan Period,"and strengthen the creation and application of intellectual property rights, the competition is of immense significance in comprehensively utilizing the leading role of intellectual property and for supporting high-quality economic development in Hubei Province.

The 2nd High-value Patent Competition in Hubei Province attracted extensive attention of people from all walks of life from the time it was launched in May 2021. A total of 340 projects were registered for the competition in Hubei Province, involving 8 technical fields such as high-tech services. After registration and recommendation, form review, expert review, semi-finals, and finals, 21 gold awards, 28 silver awards, and 50 excellence awards were finally presented to the award-winning projects.
